Weddings, Corporate, Camping, Activities, Filming... Field 51 is a blank canvas and is located in the leafy city of St Albans. Close by are train links heading straight into London and both the M25 and M1 are only a 5 minutes drive. Field 51, is a well maintained and manicured flat piece of land. Its surrounded by trees and has plenty of parking and fresh water onsite. Its situated within a private estate of 10 acres that is further surrounded by 300 plus acres of land and no other residential properties within this area. Its an excessive venue that's only available for a few amount of functions throughout the year. There is also camping and onsite activities (archery, axe throwing and air rifle shooting) which can also be incorporated within your event to give that extra zing! Closing time is restricted to a 11 pm finish for all music, however, this is flexible if you are using silent headphones. The prices listed below for the land hire are variable and these are approx figures: - Weddings (approx 100 - 150 people attending) using our bar - £3500 land hire fee which includes 2 day before for setting, the day of the event and one day for take down and clean up - DRY HIRE - Wedding without our bar - £6000 land hire fee which includes 2 day before for setting, the day of the event and one day for take down and clean up - Birthday party for half day with no large set up required - i.e no marquee structures, sound systems etc - from £500 - Corporate events - prices similar to weddings - Filming - averages at £1000 per day - willing to negotiated based on the number of days required Capacity – 499 people Child friendly – yes Daily finish time for events – 11 pm Noise restrictions do apply Will a TENs need to be applied for - Yes ( this is very a very simple form with a fee of £24.00 and applied for online with the local council) We also have some great contacts with marquee companies who can bring in most things from lighting to generators, however, you are free to make your own arrangements
